Please also add transition and not only webkit-transition. The latter is actually being phased out and transition is supported by all new browsers now.

Yes, you can do that. You can use iScroll to create multiple scrolls in your application. Check this post of mine – http://jbkflex.wordpress.com/2013/04/15/cooler-modal-popup-example-how-to-open-multiple-popups-scrolling-pop-ups-per-page/ and try out the demo in your iPad. I have a scroll on the main page as well as the 3rd pop up. So check out the code and try it out.

Thanks very much for this Joseph it is very useful. I have one question though. My HTML page that launches the pop up has a lot of content that goes beyond the ‘fold’ of the ipad screen, however I cannot scroll this, the page is fixed. The modal pop up works great, and that content scrolls perfectly. Can you tell me if it is possible to have my main page content scroll as well as using the iscroll script for my modal popups? thanks very much.

Hi there, is there any way to create this so that you haven’t got 2 sets of code (desktop and mobile). How would Iput both sets of codes so it works in whatever my file is opened up in. I have an html5 magazine with image sequence but i want it to work on any device. Thanks.
